Can we reserve the entire Bowling Centre for an event?

This depends on the season. We have a limited amount of days that we can accommodate closures due to commitments to our league bowlers and other Corporate events which have booked months in advance. Events of this type usually book 3 - 6 months in advance.

How much notice required to book a Corporate Party or Kid's Birthday Party?

For Kid's Birthday Parties we require a minimum of 5 business days notice.  Birthday Parties fill up quickly on the weekends, so perhaps consider an after school weekday Party.  If you reserve a party after the 5 days notice then we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit. We do not take Reservations on Statutory Holidays. 

For Corporate party packages we require a minimum of 5 business days notice. Most events are planned and booked months in advance particularly for the Christmas Bowling Party season. Remember early booking of your event decreases the chances of your preferred date already being booked. We do not take Reservations on Statutory Holidays. 

Can we bring in our own birthday cake?

Of course, what is a birthday without birthday cake! 

 

What is Cosmic Bowling?

Cosmic Bowling is when we create a unique bowling experience by turning up the sounds you watch music video's on one of our three, 25 foot video screens herd over a state of the art sound system. The lights get lowered and black lights and laser lights make the balls, pins and lanes glow and swirl in the dark. We have set times for Cosmic Bowling and on occasion "Special Sessions" for large private group functions.

Does "Zone Bowling" accommodate people with special needs?

Zone Bowling Coquitlam is fully wheelchair accessible. We have reserved parking available as well as full wheelchair access from both the front and side of the buildings. All of our washrooms are special needs friendly. We also have ball ramps and bumpers. 

Can we bring our own food into the lanes?

You may bring in your own food to enjoy on the lanes.  You may also order food from one of the restaurants located on the concourse of the lanes to eat while bowling.  Please make sure to allow time for the food to be made available for during your bowling time. We do not allow alcohol on the lanes for any reason and will strictly adhere to those policies. Remember that we also have vending machines providing snacks and beverages as well.  If you are a large private event or party you may bring in caterers to provide you with food.

How do I join a bowling league?

Contact one of our League Coordinators to answer any questions you may have or set you up on one of our many leagues. We have leagues beginning in September ending in April/May, Summer Leagues which run May through August and our Recreation Leagues which run in 11 week sessions several times a year. Please contact Calvin for details.

Fundraising Request

How to apply for a fundraising donation request.

Due to the large number of requests, we ask that all organizations limit inquires to email.  Only successful applicants will be contacted.

All requests must be submitted in writing on formal letterhead. Requests must be received a min of 4  weeks before the date of the event. Please include the following;

  • A brief email introduction
  • Official letter for Charitable Donation
  • Attached letter describing the charitable event.
  • We MUST know the date of the event.
  • ***Must be availalble to pick up donation

IMPORTANT: Donations are voided if not picked up before or on the event day.  No exceptions. If the proper information is not included in the donation request you will automatically be turned down.
